Modest homecoming dresses in Michigan?

I live in Sterling Heights, Michigan (near detroit) and I may be going to homecoming. Are there and modest homecoming dresses that are relatively cheap? Stores?
I want them to cover my back, because i don’t like backless dresses.
Any help would be appreciated.
I should probably say that I am usually in a 16 or 18 size so these junior size dresses just won’t cut it.
